At Esme Furnishings, we want you to love your home; if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return eligible items within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange. Please ensure all furniture and decor items are in their original condition and packaging to qualify for a return.
Initiate a Request
Log into your account portal or contact our customer care team with your order number to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).
Prepare Your Item
Carefully disassemble furniture if necessary and pack the item in its original box with all protective padding, hardware, and assembly instructions included.
Schedule a Pickup
For large furniture pieces, we will coordinate a professional freight pickup at your convenience; for smaller decor, we will provide a prepaid shipping label.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse inspects the returned item, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7 to 10 business days.
